    Art and Design Education in 21st century is being perceived with a different form and content with the developing technologies and changing needs. World Conference on Design, Arts and Education welcomes a wide range of practical and theoretical approaches to discuss and develop new perspectives. The aim is to bring together the educational scientists, arts scientists, faculties, arts teachers, designers, artists ,scholars,  researchers and students from all areas of fine arts with the missiontobecome an International Forum, where, civil society organization and representative artists, academics and researchers - from all over the world - could meet in and exchange ideas to share and to discuss theoretical and practical knowledge about  art, design and education in the scientific environment including Visual Performances, Graphic Designs Solutions Exhibitions, Workshops and Competitions.

    • The papers will be published in Supporting or other Journals: Thomson Reuters, SCI-Expanded (between 80-100 papers in two special issues), ESCI or SCOPUS.
    • The Remain accepted full papers will be published as proceedings by International Leading Publishers and also submitted to SCOPUS, EBSCO, and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index – CPCI (ISI Web of Science) for evaluation for inclusion in the list.
